Growth 4 Good
At Sprints & Sneakers, we believe growth should leave the world a little better than we found it. That's why we started Growth 4 Good in 2021: an initiative where we use our expertise to help organizations that are making a positive impact themselves.
At least four times a year, our team dedicates an entire workday to supporting NGOs, charities, and mission-driven organizations with their biggest marketing challenges. Whether it's developing a growth strategy, producing content, launching campaigns, or applying AI and automation, we contribute our knowledge completely free of charge.
Since launching the initiative, we've supported 20+ mission-driven organizations, contributing more than 1,000 hours of marketing expertise.
That's the equivalent of over €100,000 worth of strategic and creative work donated to organizations that are changing the world for the better.
Examples of Growth 4 Good are our collaborations with organisations such as the Omgekeerde Supermarkt, where we produced content, but also our yearly contribution to the Princess Beatrix Children's Hospital.
But Growth 4 Good goes beyond marketing. Sometimes the biggest contribution we can make isn't behind a laptop. Alongside the marketing projects we take on, we've also organized other initiatives, such as renovating a children's home in Montenegro, cleaning local beaches and natural areas, planting trees and making the holiday season a little brighter for elderly people. Whether we're applying our growth marketing expertise or simply rolling up our sleeves to help where it's needed most, the goal remains the same: to leave every place, person, and organization a little better than we found it.
