How we hire
Your CV tells us where you’ve been. Our hiring process helps us understand how you think, how you work, and where you want to go.

A short call to get to know each other.
We’ll have a quick chat about you, us, the role and what you’re looking for in your next step. It’s also your chance to ask any first questions and get a feel for who we are.
If we're both still very excited about the potential match, we’ll move on to the next step.

Now we get a little more serious.
We’ll dive deeper into your experience, your expertise and the kind of work you enjoy doing. We’ll also tell you more about us: how we work, what we believe in and what you can expect from the role.
And yes, we want to hear about your successes, but we’re equally interested in how you think, how you approach challenges and what you’ve learned along the way. And most importantly: where you want to go.
Pro tip: come with questions. This is as much your opportunity to get to know us as ours to get to know you.

We can tell you what it’s like to work here, but we’d rather show you.
So after our interview, we invite you to join us at the office for a few hours. You’ll get to meet the people you could be working with, see how we operate and work together on a real-life challenge.
No need for a polished presentation, just a practical case to see how you think.
Just a chance to experience the work at S&S as it actually is. And to figure out for yourself: could I see myself working here?

One last conversation.
In the final conversation, you’ll meet our Managing Director and have the opportunity to take a step back from the role itself.
We’ll talk about your ambitions, the bigger picture and whether we both see a strong long-term match between you and Sprints & Sneakers.
And of course, there’s plenty of room for any final questions you might have.

A mutual yes? Welcome to Sprints & Sneakers. 👟
If we’re both excited about the match, we’ll make you an offer.
Because we’re looking for people who want to build, learn, contribute and grow with us, and we want you to make that decision knowing exactly what you’re signing up for.
So if it feels right from both sides: Welcome to the team!
