Your impact in this role

You'll work alongside growth marketeers and specialists on our partners' growth targets. As Demand Capture Specialist, you take the lead on new outbound strategies, run data-driven experiments and chase optimization. You get the freedom to shape your own ideas, with AI tooling, automations and sharp analysis as your standing toolkit. Experiments you, and soon we together, will be running:

• Inbound led outbound;

• Signal-based outreach, with AI catching buying intent before a competitor even sees it;

• Automated social selling;

• Cross-platform data enrichment;

• Multi-domain outreach.

You, in a few sentences

• You're ambitious to become the best outbound growth manager in the Netherlands;

• You have around 1-2 years of work experience;

• You have experience with CRM;

• You're curious about AI tools and automations, or already work with them: here you'll use them daily;

• You know a strong outbound campaign comes down to delivery, value and creativity;

• You're creative, data-driven, and not afraid to take the untested path;

• A lifelong-learning mindset, with a healthy dose of humor and team spirit.

What you can expect from us

• A salary between € 3,000 and € 4,500 gross per month based on 40 hours;
