Your impact in this role

• You build and orchestrate growth strategies for B2B partners, from the first experiment to scalable funnel;

• You design data experiments that not only learn but also win;

• You implement new tools and AI applications to give campaigns that extra edge;

• You build a team of Growth Marketers and elevate everyone's specialization to a higher level;

• You translate numbers into concrete actions, not just reports for the sake of it.

You, in a few sentences

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in growth, performance, or B2B marketing, most of which you gained at an agency;

• You know B2B buyer journeys, value propositions, and acquisition funnels like the back of your hand;

• You derive insights from data without drowning in it, and immediately translate them into impactful decisions;

• You thrive on strategy but are not afraid to get your hands dirty operationally;

• You communicate sharply with stakeholders at every level and effortlessly mentor juniors.

What you can expect from us

• A salary between €3,750 and €6,000 gross per month based on 40 hours, because senior talent deserves a senior offer;
