In this internship, you will work in one of our Growth Teams developing and implementing smart growth marketing strategies. Gain hands-on experience in brainstorming creative growth opportunities, setting up experiments, and analyzing data. You will have the freedom to test and shape your ideas using the latest tools and technologies.

About Sprints & Sneakers
Sprints & Sneakers is a Growth Marketing Agency in Amsterdam and Groningen. Our goal is to help companies grow that make a positive impact on the world. We do this through creative, data-driven experiments in marketing & sales. Our team consists of about 40 colleagues. By April 2024, we aim to grow in 1000 days to a team of 100 colleagues where we help 100 impact-driven partners grow.
Monday to Thursday we work with our partners. Friday is dedicated to our own growth, both personally and for Sprints & Sneakers. Every Friday, we have training and work on our personal growth path. Additionally, we work on improvement projects, strategy, and enhancing our processes and key tactics.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in a field related to marketing, communication, business administration, commercial economics, etc.

• You are looking for a full-time internship of at least 3 months

• You preferably have previous experience in marketing, for example, from work or internships.

• You always come up with the most creative solutions. You have an ambitious, eager to learn, and creative personality.

• You value making a positive impact.

• You are available starting February 2, 2026, earlier is also possible!
