Creative Content Internship

During your internship, you’ll be creating content for Sprints & Sneakers social media channels — think Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You know exactly how to strike the right tone for each platform and create content that fits both the audience and the moment. You’ll also manage our social channels and continuously come up with new, creative, and eye-catching ideas.

Of course, you’ll base your work on data and use smart tools to guide your decisions. And AI? You’ll use it to create content that sticks.

About Sprints & Sneakers

Sprints & Sneakers is a Growth Marketing Agency based in Amsterdam and Groningen. Our mission is to help companies grow that make a positive impact on the world. We do this through creative, data-driven experiments in marketing and sales.

Our team consists of around 40 colleagues. Starting from April 2024, our goal is to grow within 1,000 days to a team of 100 people, helping 100 impact-driven partners scale their businesses.

From Monday to Thursday, we work closely with our partners. Fridays are dedicated to our own growth — both personal and as a company. Every Friday we have a training session and work on our personal growth paths. We also focus on improvement projects, strategy, and refining our processes and key tactics.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Business, or a related field.

• You’re looking for a full-time internship (preferably) of at least 3 months.

• You’re available from February 2, 2026 — earlier is also possible!

• You’re full of creative ideas and always find original solutions.

• Ideally, you already have some experience managing social media channels.

• You have experience with content creation, such as designing visuals, editing videos, and writing copy.
