CRM Growth Engineer (2)

In short

Engineer? No, you don't have to write a line of code. What we mean: you build the flows and systems that turn a one-time buyer into a loyal customer.

CRM with us is not a database that you keep tidy. It's the difference between a customer who buys once and a customer who stays, comes back, and recommends your brand to everyone. If you enjoy lifecycle flows, segmentations that really make sense, and automations that come in at just the right moment. If you read data like a story and immediately see where the next euro of customer value lies. Then this is your chance.

Sprints & Sneakers

We are the first B-Corp certified growth marketing agency in the Netherlands, with teams in Amsterdam and Groningen. We help mission-driven brands achieve sustainable growth by combining data, technology, AI, and courage.

In sprints, data experts, growth marketers, and AI specialists work together on the entire funnel, from the first click to loyal brand ambassador. We align with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals and simply call our mission Growth for Good.

Sneakers instead of suits. Startup energy for big brands and daring scale-ups.
