AI & Automation Internship

In short

At Sprints & Sneakers, we are looking for a motivated intern who wants to learn how technology, creativity, and AI come together to elevate our Growth Marketing Experiments. No technical knowledge is required, we will help you with that! During your internship, you will learn to set up smart automations, integrate tools and systems (for example, with Make and Zapier), and use AI for unique, personalized solutions (such as custom GPTs). You will work on impactful campaigns for both our B2C and B2B clients and have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills.

Working in agile “sprints,” our multidisciplinary team, from data wizards and growth marketers to AI experts, optimizes the full funnel from awareness to brand ambassadorship. Your impact within this role

During this internship, you will be guided by experienced professionals, have the opportunity to ask questions and take on projects yourself. This way, you can further develop your technical and creative talents and contribute to innovative marketing solutions. You will do so for a.o.:

• Automations: You will assist in building workflows and connecting different tools to ensure data flows automatically and smoothly.

• AI Innovations: Together with the team, you will experiment with AI tools such as custom GPTs, MidJourney, and Runway to create unique marketing campaigns.

• Process Optimization: You will help identify and automate repetitive tasks to make workflows more efficient.

You, in a nutshell

• You are pursuing a Higher Professional Education (HBO) program or University degree in marketing, communication, business administration, commercial economics or another relevant field;

• You are looking for a full-time internship of at least 3 months starting in January/February 2026;

• You possess excellent communication skills (in Dutch and English), perseverance, and a goal-oriented mindset;

• You demonstrate strong ownership and attention to detail;

• You have an ambitious, eager-to-learn, and creative personality with a hands-on mentality;

• You value making a positive impact.
